  • Engage customers through innovative workshops, events, and communications.
  • Advice regarding system capabilities and represents Human Resources in design and modification efforts work with internal IT staff.
  • Allow the company to realize the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insight.
  • Advise and evaluate the current cybersecurity system attached to the HR system and process.
  • Advise and manage SAP system related to Payroll and etc.
  • Track all inquiries/errors in the system; periodically analyze the data to identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. 


Support

 

  • Help the company-wide HRIS meets customers’ and vendor information needs.
  • Implement the use of IoT in the current process and HR system such as in the staffing and training system.
  • Keeps current on all system capabilities, reviews system functionality, and/or the use of specific data fields.
  • Edits input documents for accuracy and monitors output for system problems; and is responsible for the integrity of the corporate database.
  • Implement systems upgrades provided by vendor and train/or communicates to users and changes in functionality.
  • Maintain up-to-date HRIS Users’ Manual and distributes to appropriate personnel.
  • Carry out data entry activities, reviews work and advise on errors.
  • Train Human Resource personnel in the use of HRIS modules as well as Reporting Tools.
